I avoided the gym for almost an entire year,  gained weight and had neck and back pain before I finally decided to train with Zack in May 2023. I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed with where to start and I wanted a trainer to motivate me as I needed the extra support and knowledge.

When I first started training with Zack I didn’t realize how out of shape I really was. From day one he has been nothing but an amazing Personal Trainer. He continues to push me even during exercises I don’t think I’m capable of doing. Often when this happens he help me until I am eqipt to do the exercise on my own.

He has helped by increasing my strength, endurance, and improved my eating habits. I have more energy throughout my day and my sleep has improved. Also, my back and neck pain have decrease significantly after training for 5 months consistently. I am grateful for the time and commitment Zack dedicates to me and how much he genuinely cares about my health and progress. He has been very supportive, knowledgable and encouraging. Zack makes me want to come to the gym even during times I don’t want to train. I look forward to every training session we have with a smile!

I’ve been doing 101training twice a week + 5 days online program..  I feel more toned and I’ve seen changes in my measurements since I started this workout program.
When I first returned to working out; Zack was very supportive and kept asking me how my body reacted to the workout to do the needful adjustment.

The online platform is very easy, clear and convenient.I’ve always tried online apps but it was very generic.This app (platform) is customised based on your fitness goal and it has the swap option for home workout or gym workout replacements which helped me a lot switching to the workout that my body is able to do. Zack is very much available for inquires and modifications if needed.

I would highly recommend the app/platform since it contains everything you need to keep tracking your body changes, you can input your weight; body fat% and other measurements.
You will find meal plan designed for you to follow, articles and many other interesting stuff to check.
Final thing to say about the online training; it’s a complete personalised program where you can find  the best regime to follow.
